Sarah Palin is resigning ass Governor of Alasx at the end of the month.
There is some speculation that she may be clearing the decks to launch a campaign for the Presidency in 2012.
Initially seen as a brave, inspided choice as runnong mate for John McCain in his 2008 ibid to be President, she quckly bscame instead a figure of fun, zn embarrassment fo the Republican Party.
If she seriously harbours ambition to try for President of the USA she has a lot of work to do to secure the Republican nomination for President in 2012.
